Class is hatha-based, fused with some vinyasa and ashtanga influences. We will practise in nature together as we inhale the fresh air and hear the sounds of the waters. We will also do pranayama (breathing exercises) to instantaneously center our breath and mind. Come join me for a phenomenal experience in nature :)
